Nancy Helen Moubray

Nancy Helen Moubray, age 81, of Dresden died on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City, TN.  Funeral services for Ms. Moubray will be held on Friday, 1/25/19 at 11:00 am in Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Sunset Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on the day of the service from 9:30 am until service time at 11:00 am.  Bro. Jim Calhoun, Mark Maddox, and Danny Patterson will officiate the service.  Nancy Helen Darnell Moubray was born May 5, 1937 to the late Lester Earl Darnell and Frances Vowell Darnell in Dresden.  She was a teacher at Dresden High School for many years before she retired.  She is survived by her daughters: Regina (Danny) Patterson of Knoxville, TN; Shelia (Bill) James of Germantown, TN; Rachelle (Glenn) Sanders of San Diego, CA; one brother, Keith (Mary) Darnell of Paris, TN; one sister, Sue Blow of Dresden, 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Don Moubray.  In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to First United Methodist Church Building Fund or the Alzheimer's Association in memory of Mrs. Helen Moubray.
