Nicky Joe Stroud

Nicky Joe Stroud, 55, of Dresden, TN, died Thursday August 28, 2014 at his residence. Funeral services were Saturday August 30, 2014 at 1:00 PM at the First United Pentecostal Church in Union City, TN with burial following in the Brock Cemetery in Greenfield, TN.

Nick was born October 28, 1958 in Martin, TN to Shirley Mansfield Stroud and the late Billy Joe Stroud. He was a member of the First United Pentecostal Church of Union City and was a retired Lead Mechanic for United Airlines.

Nick is survived by his wife Tracy Gallimore Stroud of Dresden; a daughter, Skylar Chandler-Stroud of St. Charles, IL; his mother, Shirley Mansfield Stroud of Dresden; a sister, Vicki Love of Dresden; a niece, Amanda Love; a nephew, Chad Love; a stepson, Bobby Bath of Dresden; a stepdaughter, Kristina Powers of Sidonia; and two step grandchildren, Rylee Thomason and Peyton Powers.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to Bowlin Funeral Home.
