Nora Jean Demoss-Schmidt

Nora Jean Janes Demoss, 47 of Dresden TN, passed away at her home 1/6/2025 after a long battle with health complications. The family will be having a celebration of life at a later time. Nora was born June 1,1977, to Ruel Jr & Rosetta Janes in Maywood, Illinois. Nora leaves behind many family members. Married Kenneth Demoss of 20 years, they have been through so much together. She leaves behind son Robert Schmidt and stepdaughter Ashley Nicole . Nora was a grandmother to Myia and Corbin of Clinton, IA. She loved her babies with all she had. Nora was one of five children with her being the baby. brother Lonnie Janes ( Late Renee Martin Janes) of Dresden, TN, brother Timothy (Lisa) Janes of Mokena, IL, sister Tamra Janes & Partner James Clark of Ottawa, IL ,brother David (Gina) Janes of Mesa, AZ, with many nephews and nieces. She was welcomed in heaven by parents Ruel & Rosetta Janes and grandparent Renee Martin Janes and sister-in-law Theresa Lynn Demoss and mother-in-law Tommy Lynn Demoss. She was loved by so many and will be missed. The family thanks you for all the love and prayers over the last several months.
