Olen Brown Oliver

Graveside services for Olen Oliver, 84 of Dresden, will be held Wednesday, April 17, 2019, at Tansil Cemetery near Sidonia, at 1pm. Burial will follow in the cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday evening at Bowlin Funeral Home from 5pm until 7pm, and Wednesday, from 10am until 12:30pm. Mr. Oliver passed away Friday evening at his home. Mr. Oliver was born October 1, 1934, in Newbern, TN, to the late Clyde Hal and Laura Lamyrah McKenzie Oliver. He is survived by a son Chuck Oliver, daughters Anne Oliver, and Kim(Mike)Hawks, brother Bobby Lynn Oliver, and grandchildren Andrew and Cody. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Betty Ruth Crews Oliver, brother George Wilbert Oliver, and sister Elinor Ashley.
