Paul Rayburn Needham, beloved son, brother, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away peacefully at his home on April 15, 2026. Born March 15, 1935, in St. Louis, Missouri, Mr. Paul lived a life marked by dedication, skill, and a generous spirit.

Mr. Paul had a profound passion for work and took great pride in staying busy throughout his life. Known for his expertise in dealing with metal and culverts, he was always ready to lend a hand and help others with their projects. Beyond his professional endeavors, he was a devoted Mason, actively involved with Mt. Vernon Lodge 150 in Sharon, Tennessee, where he served as a past master. His love of music was another significant part of his life; he enjoyed playing the guitar and cherished teaching his son and some of his grandchildren how to play, passing on this joyful art to the next generation.

He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Betty Needham; his daughter Pamela Gail Needham; his brother William Needham; and his sisters Ruth Marie Giles and Jeannie Tolcher.

He leaves behind a loving family who will honor his memory: his son Stacey Needham and wife Melanie of Dresden, Tennessee; his daughter Tammy Boucher and husband David of Martin, Tennessee; his sister Linda Clements and husband Terry of Newbern, Tennessee; his grandchildren Mason Needham and wife Kirsten, Kara Beth Needham, Landon Prather and wife Alyx, and Mallory West and husband Adam; as well as his great-grandchildren Jamison, Gentry, Kenzley, and a great-grandchild on the way, Caroline.

A visitation to celebrate Mr. Paul's life will be held on April 18, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Bowlin Funeral Home, located at 279 W Main Street in Dresden, Tennessee. This will be followed by a funeral service beginning at 2:00 PM, officiated by Bro. Terry Griffin and Bro. Terry English. Burial will follow the service at Sunset Cemetery.

Mr. Paul’s dedication to his work, his craft, and his family leaves an enduring legacy of kindness, hard work, and love. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege to know him. May his memory be a blessing.
