Peggy Jean Brasfield

Peggy Jean Brasfield, age 77 of Dresden, passed away Friday, August 1, 2025, at Weakley County Nursing Home. Visitation will be held at Bowlin Funeral Home, Wednesday, August 6, 2025, beginning at 11:00am until service time at 1:00pm with burial to follow in Sunset Cemetery. Bro. John Gammons will officiate the service. Peggy was born to the late James Howell Thomas and Eva Laverne Lee in Alamo, TN. She is survived by her son Casey Cameron; daughters Donna Brasfield and Stacy Hall; brothers Johnny Wayne Thomas and Jerry Lynn Thomas; and sisters Dorothy Jane (Bobby) Barr and Betty Joan Churchwell. Besides her parents, Peggy is preceded in death by her brothers James Larry Thomas and Joey Thomas.
