Reba Nell Brasfield (Harris)

Reba Nell Harris Brasfield, 93, of Dresden, TN died Monday, December 30, 2013 at the Baptist Memorial Hospital in Covington, TN. Funeral services were Thursday, January 2, 2014 at Noon at Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Sunset Cemetery.

Mrs. Brasfield was born in Dresden to the late Albert Sidney and Nola Finch Higgs Harris. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Blair Brasfield; her son, Duke Harris Brasfield; and her brother Emerson Harris. She was a member of Dresden First United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Brasfield is survived by a daughter-in-law, Martha B. Brasfield of Covington, TN; grandchildren, Ben Brasfield of Covington, Sara (Will) Carter of Covington, and Charles (Meredith) Brasfield of Memphis; a niece, Glenda Sidney Kennedy of Medina; and a nephew, Joe C. (Barbara) Harris of Memphis.
