Richard Neal Allen age 84 of Dresden died July 11, 2017 at his residence. Funeral arrangements for Mr. Allen were held on Saturday, July 15, 2017 at 10:00 AM in Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel with burial that followed in West Union Cemetery. Dr. Don McCulley officiated the service. Richard Neal Allen was born February 21, 1933 in McKenzie, TN. to the late Claude and Corene Sawyers Allen. He was preceded in death by his wife; Christine Crocker Allen, his son; Eddie Allen Sr. He is survived by his daughter; Diane Parsley, two grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. He was a member of Dresden First Baptist Church and a life long business owner in Dresden.
