Funeral services for Mr. Richard Fields Cooper age 70 of Dresden will be held on Sunday, 1/6/19 in Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 pm with burial to follow in Sunset Cemetery. Will Norrid will officiate the service. The family will receive friends at Bowlin Funeral Home on Saturday, 1/5/19 from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm and again on the day of the service from 1:00 pm until service time at 2:00 pm. Richard Fields Cooper was born April 4, 1948 in Martin to the late Harold Fields and Doris Woodruff Cooper, he passed away at his home on January 3, 2019. He is survived by his wife; Janet Cooper, his sons; Richard Shawn (Elizabeth Ann) Cooper of Waldorf, MD., Brandon Leigh (Anna Marie) Cooper of Bilonia, AR., his daughter; Yvette (Phillip) Barton of Paris, TN., step-sons; Jay (Sam) McCutcheon of Gallatin, TN., Daniel (Crissy) McCutcheon of Paris, TN., step-daughters; Donna (Tommy) Counts of Paris, TN., Anna Turner of Montgomery, AL., his brother; Ralph (Sue) Cooper and his sister; Charlene (Byron) Rich both of Dresden. He also leaves behind 6 grandchildren.
