Robert Martin Smith, age 79 of Dresden, passed away Thursday, May 18, 2023, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. A memorial visitation will be held Monday, May 22th at 11:00am until 2:00pm at Bowlin Funeral Home. Mr. Robert's wishes were to be cremated. Mr. Robert was born to the late Martin R. Smith and Ruth Collins in Cleveland, Ohio. He is survived by his wife Izetta Smith; sons Jesse J. Smith of Ohio and Tom J. Smith of Ohio; daughter Julie Ann Webb of Ohio; brother James Allen Smith of Dayton, TN; sisters Judith Clemmer of Ohio, Lynda Grimm of Ohio, and Patricia Grimm of Dresden, TN; 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
