Roger Dale Cook

Roger Dale Cook, Sr., age 65, of Dresden died Saturday, Feb. 1, 2014 at Baptist Health Systems in Paducah, KY. A memorial service for Mr. Cook was held Sunday, February 9, 2014 at 1:00 PM at Pisgah United Methodist Church.

Mr. Cook was a truck driver for Mitchell Trucking Company and a member of Pisgah Methodist Church. He was born January 3, 1949 in Ridgely, TN to the late Everett Lynn Cook and Catherine Roberta Bennett Cook. Roger was a US Army Veteran having served in Vietnam.

Roger is survived by his wife, Theresa Catherine Ann Parrotta Cook of Dresden, sons; Jason Cook of Chicago, IL and Roger Cook, Jr. of Joliet, IL, daughter, Trisha Kara of Matteson, IL, stepdaughters; Amanda Warren of Dresden and Nichole (Brian) Delmont of South Fulton, TN; half brother, Jimmy Wilkerson of Seattle, WA and step brother, Larry Wilkerson of Chicago, IL along with eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.
