Ronald "Ronnie" Brundige

Ronald "Ronnie" Brundige, 72, of Dresden, TN, died Friday, December 4, 2015 at the Weakley County Rehab and Nursing Center in Dresden, TN. Funeral services were Monday, December 7, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Sunset Cemetery. Mark Maddox and Ricky Jones will officiate the services.

Ronnie was born July 2, 1943 in Martin, TN to the late William Thomas and Hattie B. Rhodes Brundige. He married Patricia Jane Webb on March 30, 1962. He was a X-Ray Machine & Supply business owner, he previously operated an X-Ray bus for the Weakley County Health Department, was a charter member of the Dresden Elks Lodge #2373, was a member of Dresden American Legion Post #94, he served 6 years in the Tennessee Army National Guard, was a long time member of the Dresden Volunteer Fire Department, and a member of the Tennessee Society of Radiological Technologists. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Patricia Webb Brundige; a brother, Richard Brundige; and a sister, Sarah Glenda Brundige.

Ronnie is survived by two daughters, Teena Smith of Dresden, TN and Misty (Brad) Garrett of Maury City, TN; grandchildren, Melissa Taylor Burkeen and Maria Brook Burkeen of Dresden, TN and Andrew Russell Garrett and William Patrick Garrett of Maury City, TN; a great grandchild, Kayden Taylor Barnett of Dresden, TN; and sisters Bonnie Lou Jones of Dresden, TN, Janice (Kenneth) Gatewood of Dresden, TN and Vickie (Bob) Cooley of Union City, TN.
