Ruby Irene Gallimore (Mcdaniel)

Ruby Irene McDaniel Gallimore, 86, of Lansing, MI, formerly of Dresden died Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at Country Acres Assisted Living in Eaton Rapids, MI. Funeral services for Mrs. Gallimore were Saturday, March 30, 2013 at 12:00 PM at Bowlin Funeral Home with burial following in West Union Cemetery.

Mrs. Gallimore was born March 25, 1927 in Weakley County, TN to the late Willie and Ortha Rudd McDaniel. She was a hotel laundry worker and Baptist by faith.

Mrs. Ruby was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Edmund "Jake" Gallimore and seven siblings. She is survived by son, David L. (Kelly) Gallimore of Dimondale, MI, daughter, Patricia Gallimore Hunt of Louisiana, six grandchildren, eight grandchildren, sister, Eugene Lawrence and brother, Cloise (Carolyn) McDaniel of Tennessee. The family would like to request any donations be made in memory of Ruby Gallimore to Country Acres Assisted Living, 735 S. Michigan Road, Eaton Rapids, MI 48827.
