Ruby Mae Mansfield (Legens)

Mrs. Ruby Mansfield, 91, of Dresden, died Monday, December 31st, 2012 at her residence. Funeral services for Mrs. Mansfield were Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013 at 1:00 pm at Liberty Apostolic Church with burial following in Lee Harris Cemetery north of Dresden.

Mrs. Mansfield was a retired factory worker and farmer. She was born on March 18, 1921 in Litchfield, IL to the late McKinley and Bell Winstead Legens. She was a member of Liberty Apostolic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hyburn Mansfield and sister, Lorriane Fortner.

Mrs. Mansfield is survived by two daughters, Shirley Stroud and Shelby (Jack) Selvey of Dresden and one brother, Howard Junior (Wanda) Legens of Dresden. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Nick Stroud, Vicki Love, Roger Harrison and Lori Donovan, six great grandchildren, Amanda Thibodeaux, Chad Love, Skylar Stroud, Brian Harrison, Matthew Harrison and Christopher Hutcherson and two great great grandchildren, Jayce Harrison and Preston Thibodeaux.
