Russell Dale Essary, age 57, of Murray, KY, formerly of Dresden, TN, died Monday, July 13, 2015 at the Cancer Center of America in Tulsa, OK. Funeral services were Friday, July 17, 2015 at 10:00 AM at Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Sunset Cemetery in Dresden.

Russell was born April 8, 1958 in Chicago, Il to the late Wayne Thomas and Marzell Key Essary. He was a member of West Union Baptist Church and an Entrepreneur and Network Marketing Professional.

Russell is survived by his wife, Janet Newberry Essary of Murray, KY; two sons, Justin Dale (Cassie) Essary and Seth Thomas Essary of Paris, TN; two step sons, Josh (Amanda) Schecter of Murray, KY and Scotty (Ann) Schecter of Portland, OR; 4 grandchildren; a sister, Beverly (Dwayne) Griffith of Dresden; and two brothers, Lloyd (Melanie) Essary and Ray (Trish) Essary of Dresden, TN.
