Ruth Eveline Jones

Ruth Eveline Jones, 91, of Dresden, TN, died Friday, June 14, 2013 at her residence in Dresden. Graveside services were Sunday, June 16, 2013 at Sunset Cemetery in Dresden with burial immediately following.

Mrs. Jones was born October 9, 1921 in Palmersville, TN to the late Vernon and Willie Ruth Moubray Wright. She was a Special Education Bus Driver, homemaker, and a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Alonzo Jones and two brothers, Elbert Wright and Omer Wright.

She is survived by a son, Danny (Shirley) Jones of Dresden; a daughter, Linda (Eddie) Cole of Dresden; four grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
