Saletta Jean Brooks, 49, of Dresden, TN died Sunday May 26, 2013 at the Volunteer Community Hospital in Martin, TN. Funeral services will be Tuesday May 28, 2013 at 7:00 PM at Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be Tuesday from 2:00 PM until service time at 7:00 PM.

Saletta was born in Fulton, KY to the late Elbert Bailey Harris and Jason B. "Tootsie" Williams Workman. She was Baptist in faith.

She is survived by her husband, Henry Brooks of Henning, TN; a son, Jared Shane Rogers of Sulphur, LA; a daughter, Tamara Star Rogers of Dresden, TN; five grandchildren, Allie Grace Rogers, Avery McCray Rogers and Hayley Madison Rogers of Sulphur, LA, Saletta Makyla Jade Rogers of Dresden, TN and Markus J. Elam of Rutherford, TN; a sister, Tammy Mansfield of Hendersonville, TN; a brother, Jeffery Harris of Syracuse, NY; two step brothers, Randy Workman of Martin, TN and Ronald Workman of Latham, TN; and her step father, Joe Workman of Dresden, TN
