Sheila Faye Suratt

Sheila Faye Suratt, 63 of Dresden, passed away Monday, July 27, 2026 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville. Her wishes were to be cremated. A celebration of life service will be held Sunday, June 13, 2026 at 2 pm at West Union Baptist Church . Sheila was born in Dyersburg on December 5, 1962 to the late William Earl and Mary Madglene Armstrong Staggs. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse, and of the Baptist faith. She is survived by her sister Carol (Terry) Parker, and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a son Michael Shannon Suratt, a grandchild Vanessa Suratt, brother Sam Staggs, and a sister Cathy Dunevant.
