Shirley Watson, age 86, of Sharon, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on January 29th, 2025, at Deer Ridge in Dayton, Tennessee.  She was born on May 26th, 1938, in Armathwaite, Tennessee to the late Donald & Carrie Hall.

Shirley was a devoted wife, mother, sister, Granni, and Gigi. She cherished her family above all else and was always there to offer a helping hand and cover anyone in prayer. Her home was a place of love, laughter, and countless cherished memories. Her legacy of faith is one her family and all who knew her still glean from.

Shirley had a passion for gardening and was an accomplished master gardener. Shirley will be deeply missed by her son, Greg Watson; her grandchildren, Jennifer Miller, Benjamin Watson, Amanda Lamb, & Abbey Collins; and her great-grandchildren, Levi Lamb, Bradley Lamb, Chloe Watson, Tanner Lamb, Blakleigh Watson, Ford Collins, Lila Mae Lamb, Charlotte Watson, Ruthie Collins, & Joshua Collins. She is also survived by her older sister, Thelma Adamson, a host of other relatives, and friends. She is now with her savior, late husband Jerry, and daughter Jackie in heaven. She is now made whole worshipping at the feet of Jesus. A private graveside service was held on Sunday, February 2, 2025 at Corinth Cemetery #2 in Sharon.Pallbearers were Benjamin Watson, Timmy Collins, Levi Lamb, Bradley Lamb, Tanner Lamb, Brandon Lamb, and honorary pallbearer, Ford Collins.
