Terry Michael Mcclure

Terry Michael McClure, 70 of Palmersville, passed away Friday, July 29, 2022 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at  11 am at Union Chapel Church of Christ in Palmersville. Burial will follow in New Hope Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday evening at Bowlin Funeral Home from 4 pm until 7 pm, and Tuesday at the church from 10 am until service time at 11 am. Mr. McClure was born in Sharon, PA on November 16, 1951 to the late Floyd and Jessie Tyson McClure. He was retired from Frontier Communications after 39 1/2 years. He is survived by his wife Nancy Biggers McClure whom he married on November 25, 1971, sons Terry Michael (Jessica) McClure Jr. and Forrest Delbert "Doc" McClure both of Palmersville, brothers Steve (Melodie) McClure of Tri City, KY, and Dennis (Yvonne) McClure of Owensboro, KY, sister Karen (Barry) Barber of Palmersville, 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers Johnny and Jackie McClure, and a sister Carol Sue McClure. He was a faithful member of Union Chapel Church of Christ, and a 1970, graduate of Palmersville High School. The family has asked that in Lieu of flowers donations be made to the St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital in Memphis.
