Thelma Marie James, age 85 of Palmersville died on Monday, July 30, 2018 at Weakley County Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Dresden. Funeral services for Ms. James were held on Thursday, August 2, 2018 in Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel with burial that followed in New Hope Church Cemetery. Thelma Marie James was born on June 29, 1933 to the late William Franklin and Johnnie Eliza Bucy Chesser. She is survived by her two sons; Terry (Deborah) James of Gleason, Eddie (Lisa) James of Palmersville, her daughter; Sheila (Kenneth) Howell of Bardwell, KY. 7 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; Guy Edward James Sr.
