Thomas Arthur Foley Sr. age 83 of Dresden, died on July 24, 2017 at Weakley County Rehab and Nursing Center. A celebration of life was held on July 29, 2017 at 3:00 PM in Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel with burial that followed in Blooming Grove Cemetery near Palmersville. Mr. Foley is survived by his sons; Danny Partin, Thomas Foley, Bruce Partin, his daughters; Debra Powell, Brenda Mills, Alice Watts, and Cynthia Miller. He also leaves behind 13 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.
