Virginia Burlene Tarr, age 82 of Martin, passed away Friday, December 16, 2022, at her home. Funeral service will be held Friday, 12/23/2022 in Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel at 12 noon. Virginia was born to the late Lonnie Wilburn and Jewell Brown in Kennett, MO. She is survived by her son Brian (Tracy) Tarr, sister Billie Jean Martin, 11 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Paul Tarr, her sons William Michael Rogers and Glen Carlton and her sister Delores June Phillippi.
