Wilber Wyatt Tackett

Wilber Wyatt Tackett age 98, of Dresden passed away May 25th, 2016 at the Weakley Co. Rehab & Nursing Center in Dresden. Funeral services for Mr. Tackett were held on Saturday, May 28th, 2016 at 2:00 PM inside Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel with burial that followed in the Lebanon Church of Christ Cemetery near Dresden. Mr. Wilber Wyatt Tackett was born February 1, 1918 to the late John Tackett and Dela Tyson in Yorkville, TN. He was a retired, self-employed carpenter and farmer. He is survived by his sons; Gene (Sarah) Tackett of Sharon, TN., John (Wilma) Tackett of Columbia, TN., Charles R. Tackett of Cadiz, KY., Larry (Pam) Tackett, Dale (Judy) Tackett both of Dresden, one daughter; June (Thomas) Ozment of Waverly, TN., and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. ***In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the Lebanon Cemetery Fund c/o of Mike Parham at 1224 Jewell Store Road, Dresden, TN 38225.
