Will B. Shannon

William "Will" B. Shannon age 56 of Dresden, passed away on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at Tennova Hospital in Martin. Shannon was born on Feb. 22, 1960 to Robert E. Shannon and Shirley Roberts Shannon in Union City, TN. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. He is survived by his mother; Mrs. Shirley Roberts Staggs, his wife; Sherry Shannon, his two daughters; Jessie (Robert) Roark of Palmersville, and Tylar Shannon of Dresden. His is also survived by his sister; Jessica Shannon of Dresden and his two grandchildren; Jaylee and Aiden Roark. He was preceded in death by his father Robert E. Shannon. The family has requested that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the American Cancer Society or the Alice and Carl Kirkland Cancer Center of Jackson, TN. in memory of Mr. William B. Shannon.
